Take it from an expert legal secretary and long long time keyboarder, if you are not yet using “styles,” start doing so. If you don’t know how, find a class. Once you use styles and their attendant keyboard shortcuts, you’ll never again experience the horror of reformatting. It’ll be something you can do by changing the configuration of 3 or 4 styles and you’ll be done, even in a 69,000 word manuscript.
