Why do I love writing at Boyds Mills?
- I love eating. The lunches are more elaborate than the dinners I make at home and I didn’t even include the cookies in this shot.
2. The people you eat with are fascinating—writers, illustrators, and this time, representatives of organizations fighting against book banning.
3. A cozy, warm, well-lit cabin with a writing desk all to myself.
4. The bear. Ok, maybe not the bear. I haven’t personally met the bear, but a friend got a great picture one summer.
